Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you would like to return your item please contact us at email@example.com State your name, order number and the reason for your return, and any proof (for damaged or fault items). This must be within 30 days of purchase and the item in new condition (including undamaged packaging). You can however keep your thank you card!
30 Day Full Money Back Guarantee:
We offer a 30 Day Full Money Back Guarantee (from the day your order is marked as delivered) for all orders under the condition that the item is faulty or damaged. We will pay for you to return the item. See below for change of mind orders, and further information on damaged or faulty items. Please note, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for rings that we no longer sell, or that are marked as limited time only.
Item Lost or Stolen:
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or stolen, we will do our best to help you out. Our delivery partner is Australia Post, and therefore, lost orders are unlikely. But, in the event that your item is lost or stolen, please contact your local Australia Post Office, and have your item tracking number ready to quote. Unfortunately, further from this, there is not much more we can do. We hand deliver and fill out every package to the Post Office to ensure that there are no mistakes, or lost orders on our part. We thank you so much for your understanding.
Damaged or Faulty Item:
Although unlikely, if you ring arrives and it is damaged or faulty, you do not need to send it back to us, however our staff needs to be satisfied that the ring is infact faulty. We can then offer you a replacement, or a refund (minus cost of shipping) for the purchase amount, provided this is lodged within 30 days of purchase. Please note, our chain ring collection are stiff when first purchased and may require a bit of use to loosen up the chain. The tightness of the chains does not qualify as a fault/damaged product. Please note, this does not include incorrect or forceful use/ movement of your ring, including any damaged sustained during the resizing of our 'One Size Fits Most' rings. We also do not offer refunds on our 'One Size Fits Most' rings which have already been adjusted. Rings which have been adjusted are unable to resold.
Change Of Mind:
At this stage, we don't offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We do however, offer an exchange provided you send the ring back to us. This will incur a fee to cover the cost of reshipping the item. This fee will be based on your location and weight of the package. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss exchange and shipping fee amount.
Please consult the sizing guides attached to each product, and our "How to find My Ring Size" page to help avoid this situation. If you receive your ring and it is the wrong size, we can offer you an exchange for another size. Once received, our team will be in contact with you via email to arrange the correct size needed. This will incur a fee to cover the cost of reshipping the item. This fee will be based on your location and weight of the package. Please email us at email@example.com to discuss exchange and shipping fee amount. If you wish for your order to be resent as express, this will incur a higher shipping fee, regardless of if you qualified for free express shipping the first time. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications. Please note, we do not offer an exchange, refund or return on our 'One Size Fits Most' rings. These rings are titled 'One Size Fits Most' for that reason, and we cannot guarantee that these rings will fit every size finger. This error can be avoided by consulting the size guide attached to the product.
